SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

    Hockey Life Collection items purchased through our website are normally processed and shipped in 2-3 business days as they are stocked items we keep in-house. In the event something you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and give you a choice between another item, waiting for your product to become in stock, or a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery before requesting a refund.

    Custom Merchandise items such as custom jerseys, custom pants, & custom apparel orders are special made by our production companies both in the USA & abroad depending on the item. All custom items are sent to our offices, inspected, and sent back out to the actual customer. Tracking is available at the point in which we send the product from our offices to the customer only.


    Our company is currently undergoing a staff & policy makeover.
